Post-Workout Snack: Honey Peanut Butter Apple Wrap

This recipe is great for your post work out carbs. Enjoy it with an American Made Nutrition protein shake.  Chocolate or vanilla will compliment it well.  What you'll need: 4 whole wheat or whole grain tortilla wraps 1 apple cored and sliced thin 1/2 cup of peanut butter, or almond butter 3 tbs of honey or agave Directions: Spread peanut butter on half of each tortilla.  Place apple slices on next.
