Post-Workout Snack: Honey Peanut Butter Apple Wrap


Post workout snack. Honey Peanut Butter Apple WrapThis recipe is great for your post work out carbs. Enjoy it with an American Made Nutrition protein shake.  Chocolate or vanilla will compliment it well. 

What you'll need:

  • 4 whole wheat or whole grain tortilla wraps
  • 1 apple cored and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter, or almond butter
  • 3 tbs of honey or agave

    Directions:

    1. Spread peanut butter on half of each tortilla. 
    2. Place apple slices on next. Distribute evenly.
    3. Drizzle honey over apples.
    4. Start with peanut butter side and roll up tortilla.
    5. Cut each rolled tortilla in half. 
    6. Refrigerate and eat after each work out.
