What you'll need:
- 4 whole wheat or whole grain tortilla wraps
- 1 apple cored and sliced thin
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter, or almond butter
- 3 tbs of honey or agave
- Spread peanut butter on half of each tortilla.
- Place apple slices on next. Distribute evenly.
- Drizzle honey over apples.
- Start with peanut butter side and roll up tortilla.
- Cut each rolled tortilla in half.
- Refrigerate and eat after each work out.
