Summer isn’t over yet! Celebrate the final days of summer & National Banana Split Day with this guilt-free VEGAMN Peanut Butter Banana Split Milkshake!

Although the classic banana split typically consists of a banana, three scoops of ice cream, chocolate sauce, and some cherries on top, it’s also high in calories, fat, & sugar, and incredibly low in protein!

This recipe allows you to get creative with things and add whatever toppings you desire.  Not only will this recipe crush your cravings, but it will also help you recover & refuel after an intense workout.

Best of all, with a few simple ingredients, including VEGAMN Peanut Butter Banana, and a blender, you can create your very own custom banana split milkshake that’s both nutritious and delicious.

Enough talking, let's dive into the recipe!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 scoop VEGAMN Peanut Butter Banana
  • 4 oz Liquid Egg Whites
  • 4 oz Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 1 container of Vanilla Coconut Milk yogurt
  • ¼ cup Granola (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (your choice)
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 1-2 tbsp Chocolate Chips 
  • Optional Toppings: Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Syrup, Whip Cream, Sprinkles, & Cherries (for that authentic banana split experience)

How To Make It:

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add additional toppings as you wish
  3. Sip & enjoy!
